Esse Logos was an artist-driven creative media collective based in Louisville, Kentucky. It all started during a late-night brainstorming session on a project when I reached out to two fellow creatives and friends, sparking this journey. Our mission was to amplify the voices of ethnic minorities and native cultures in the local arts scene, celebrating their achievements and contributions. We provided a platform for members to showcase their creativity and collaborate. Our vision was to create a welcoming space where artists could develop and share their projects, enriching and educating both our community and ourselves. Since then, those founding members have regularly participated in art shows and fairs, continually expanding their creative practices.

The Final Level Podcast marked the first collaboration between our founding members, spanning two seasons and over 60 episodes. The podcast was the brainchild of Justin Moore, whose vivid imagination laid the foundation. Thomas Burgos soon joined in, bringing his unique & masterful musical talents to elevate Justin’s vision.

Leveraging my background in outdoor art fairs and museums, Justin and Thomas participated in their first outdoor art fair the following year and have been regulars ever since. They were also key contributors to the creation of the Unknown Journey installation with Roots101 African American Museum and IdeasxLab in 2022.
